Michelle Shelton - A Mastermind Agent

She is a tireless entrepreneur who brings high levels of enthusiasm, energy and creativity to each transaction. Michelle’s entrepreneurial spirit stems from growing up in a family owned business in Nebraska. Her father was a successful businessman who single-handedly branded his company name by becoming an innovator in the self-service gasoline industry. He took a small bait shop and turned it into a Multi-Million dollar chain of Convenience Stores. Michelle gained a wealth of practical knowledge by working closely with her father on different aspects of the business, working at and eventually managing several of the stores herself. Michelle has always had a competitive spirit and moved to Arizona to Bass fish professionally. Prior to Real Estate, Michelle founded Our Daily Bread, a bakery equipment business in Omaha and in order to develop greater visibility for her business she taught adult education classes through MetropolitanCommunity College in Omaha, Nebraska. She provided marketing and Public Relation services for Weather Wise Roofing, and Getko Group , a division of Cendant. She has managed the in-store promotions for Sears in 14 Arizona stores. Michelle also held marketing and sales positions for various other companies in the East Valley. Michelle’s creative imagination gives her an edge in home sales through website design and management, online and print newsletters, overall advertising, layouts, and sales flyers. Michelle has the tireless energy necessary to meet the challenge of a successful and painless Real Estate transaction. Her negotiation skills stem from an attitude of creating a win/win situation for everyone involved. She does not view herself as an aggressive salesperson, rather an assertive professional and her goal is to have everyone walk away from the closing table with everything they wanted and at a fair price.
Michelle is also the Southeast Valley MC recruiter. She assists Team Leader, Jeff Sutherlin in exposing Keller Williams to others so they have a full understanding of all the opportunities there for them. Michelle is a proud member of the Agent Leadership Council and is T-3 Certified to teach other agents what they need to do for true success.
