Hi, my name is Justin Schlegel, an Associate Broker with and Co-Founder of RE/MAX Preferred Choice in Glendale, Arizona. During my thus far short career, I’ve been named as a member to both the RE/MAX 100% & RE/MAX Platinum Clubs and am an annual Multi-Million Dollar Producer.
I obtained my real estate license in July of 2003 and then created "Team Schlegel" with my father, Fred Schlegel. I decided to become a Co-Owner of RE/MAX Preferred Choice in 2006 when the decision to relocate the office to Westgate City Center in Glendale, Arizona was made. Westgate is themed around a sports & entertainment district with various hotels, office & retail businesses surrounding Jobing.com Arena and University of Phoenix Stadium. To say the least, our new office is truly like no other!
I am currently in the process of obtaining many Real Estate designations as I feel it is important to always further your education and that will in turn better equip me in fullfilling my clients' Real Estate goals!
I grew up in Glendale, Arizona, know the entire valley very well and have seen its development over the past twenty plus years. Before my real estate career began, I worked in the financial world, for Morgan Stanley, right out of high school after I had suffered a herniated disk in my lower back, which ultimately ended my football career. I had played for eleven years from eight years of age through high school, locally at Apollo, and had then been preparing to play in college while majoring in business management. I saw the market changes and Fred and I discussed myself entering the business, which became an easy decision that has paid off many times over, subsequently.
Today, I love working with a variety of clientele on a daily basis and am always interested in new challenges. I specialize in luxury/custom homes, investment properties, land and all types of residential. In my personal life, I enjoy working out, building muscle cars, riding my street bikes and playing with my dogs. I am married to my beautiful wife, Jennifer, and we have a daughter, Madison, who came in 2008! Without you all, I would not be where I am today!
