After a long career in the customer service industry spanning over 25 years and starting several business's, I came to realize that people in all walks of life needed help with making one of there most valuable and life changing decision's.
Buying or Selling a home or property was and is for me one of the most satisfying things I have been involved with, so it was only fitting that I try to help others do the same.
As a working person I can relate to working people and the problems faced every day as far as what they can do to better themselves and there families. Finding that first or possibly that last home for the retirement years should be made into a fun and exciting experience so that's how I try to make it.
Looking at Homes is fun and stressful at the same time so I try to make it as smooth as possible by trying to make people feel at ease. I do not like the used car approach so you will not find me pushing or shoving people into taking something they may not be happy with later on.
The same applies to selling properties, I try to show clients what the market has done and is doing so they can make those hard decision's about the values based on hard facts. Today's market is just that" today's" and should not be presented as though it were yesterday. I am an honest person and as such try to make that clear to all who trust in me by giving it to you straight.
