After a 24 year stint in commercial broadcast radio, I found my way into Mortgage Lending via working with one of the best Loan Officers in Tucson. Working for that L. O. as a Loan Processor, I learned an incredible series of lessons on ethics, values and personal interaction with clients that led to a successful 3 year stint as a Mortgage Broker.
That experience coupled with a trip to Cholla Bay in early 2004 as a guest of existing property owners here led to working with the Sales reps in Cholla Bay by cash out refinancing U.S. property for people wanting to buy land in Cholla Bay. THAT led to an offer to work part time in the Cholla Bay sales office selling land lots. The "run on land" in the Spring of 2005 led to an additional offer to work full time with Sandy Beach Resorts selling land in Cholla Bay, and eventually (with the creation of SBR Realty) selling homes and projects here as well.
It's now more than 4 years later, I live and work full time in Cholla Bay, have listings and sales all around Rocky Point, built a house here in 2005/2006 which is now my full time home, and enjoy every monent of it!

I am registered as a qualified and recognized Real Estate agent with the State of Sonora (Registration #138), have passed through the FM3 immigration status and into the FM2 stage (FM3 and FM2 are Mexico working papers), and have completed the now required State of Sonora Real Estate licensing classes (105 hours worth of traning), and am now fully licensed with the State as a Real Estate Professsional. In short, I am experienced, qualified, and appropriately documented to confidently represent buyers and/or sellers in Real Estate transactions here.
