Almost a native of Arizona, (and that's a long, long time) I am intimately familiar with the layout of the Phoenix Valley, including the areas of Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Gold Canyon, Queen Creek and more. I actually grew up in central Phoenix, and love the history behind our city and our state. There are wonderful, close-by, places to visit in just minutes from downtown Phoenix or downtown Mesa, and I find myself appreciating more and more our beautiful and sunny climate.

I enjoy working with so many types of people, and my upbeat personality seems to work with most. I am familiar with the builders and their customer service, new home agents, and building standards and thus am able to comment on new or resale homes as being a good choice for my clients.

Bottom line: My goal is to help sellers and buyers by making their transactions as flawless as possible. I give honest opinions when asked, and I work very hard to find buyers what they want and help sellers stage their homes to sell.
Realtors are required to obtain at least 26 hours every two years of continuing education. I do that, plus more. I have earned my CRS designation (which is held by relatively few agents across the country), my ABR designation, my GRI designation, my ePRO designation, and am the first in the Southeast Valley Realtor Association to have received the coveted Masters of Real Estate (MRE) held only by Arizona Realtors beginning in 2001. The MRE is only awarded to those Realtors with at least two of the above-mentioned designations PLUS double the continuing education hours. In addition, to be eligible for the continued "use" of the MRE, every two years, double the education is required. I have held mine since the inception.

This year, I again attended classesl to earn my Broker's designation. I am now officially an Associate Broker. Not until I start my own real estate company will I become a broker. That may be in the near future.
