Licensed in real estate since 1976 I have had the privilege of helping literally thousands of families acquire their dream home and thousands more sell their houses for top dollar. Real Estate has been my full time career since 1977.

After reading my qualifications one may think I’m “too qualified” to work with them. On the contrary, I have helped hundreds of first home buyers as well as those moving up for the second third and fourth time. I have helped millionaires as well as those who need a helping hand. I know that to each person their home is their castle and I’m honored to be the Realtor who helps them find it.

When working with buyers I take time to find out their needs and use all my resources to find the best fifteen or twenty homes that fits those needs. Then I will preview those homes to select the best four or five homes to show. This reduces wasted time and possible confusion on the buyer’s part.

When working with Sellers, I draw on my thirty plus years of expertise to market their house and obtain them the highest possible price. I work with a team of professionals to make the transaction most rewarding and the smoothest possible.
