Ray and his wife Bev are residents of Sun City Grand, Surprise, AZ. Ray is a REALTOR with HomeSmart and works primarily with investors and luxury home buyers throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area and Scottsdale.

I help my clients "Buy Smart and Sell Smart". I will not waste their time! Give me a wish list, and I'll find homes that meet or exceed those criteria. My research skills have been honed to perfection through a lifetime of work with computers.

I’ll give the my client information needed to make a smart financial decision… i.e.: Comps and tax records, including sales history and an aerial photo of the property.

And once a new home is selected, I provide representation that will make the home buying process smooth and efficient.

Before becoming a Realtor, Ray was Founder and President of a software company that designed, developed, and sold security software worldwide to major corporations, government agencies, and academia.
