I've been in Arizona 25 years, in the corporate world much of that time, from laborer to supervisor to tractor trailer driver. After 19 years of service, I felt something was missing. With some encouragement and a lot of chutzpah I left the corporate world to become a private investor. I than migrated into REAL ESTATE and it didn't take long before I realized my love of being in the fray of negotiations. That is buying and selling, learning and training, and then negotiating some more. In essence I realized my new found independence and freedom, I directed this love and vocation into the business of REAL ESTATE.

What does this all mean for you.

You need a professional to navigate the minefields of the housing business, an aggressive yet knowledgeable, smart and affable, and most of all, you need a dependable and honest representative at the table.
I ask you for that opportunity, to work and gain your confidence in negotiating real estate matters. It would be my pleasure to represent you and yours at the table of opportunity. My team and I have a vast arsenal of can-do personnel with years of real estate savvy, along with Bankers, Title Specialist, Mortgage Brokers, Inspectors, Contrators, Debt Reliever, etc..all at your disposal, all for the purpose of making your HOME BUYING or SELLING EXPERIENCE a most pleasing and rewarding one.
My main purpose in this whole transaction is to see you again with favorable accolades, TO MAKE YOU A CLIENT FOR LIFE if you will, and I can't accomplish this without seeing what services you need and suppling them.

ALL REFERRALS are greatly appreciated and FEES ARE PAID on a negotiated and FAIR TERM. CALL TODAY at (480)-577-1419 with referrals.

With The Right Representation, You Will Reap The Dividends Of Hard Work And Tenacity.

My resume is vast and fast, recounting the things I've done in the past (a little rhythmic humor), Hotel Worker (Hilton Hotel Washington DC), Security (Motorola Inc. Semiconductor Arizona) (National Air and Space Museum, Wash. DC), US Military (Marine Corps, Military Police, Jacksonville North Carolina) Letter Carrier (Post Office, Wash. DC), Tractor Trailer Driver (United Parcel Service, all over the southwest US of A), Private Investor (Arizona), REALTOR (Arizona). I've had access to places that most people will never have, White House, FBI Building, Bureau of Engraving, Pentagon to name a few. You would think that I would have found my nitch, well, I have. It wasn't that I didn't like these other occupation, I did and still do, and however, there was repetitiveness in some that were hard to endure. I think being a REALTOR encompasses all my former occupation without the monotony involved as in, long drives - finding obscure locations - having and giving unearned trust - and being loyal to one's client. I could go on but for the sake of time, I won't. Please remember this when considering my services.

My qualifications don't read like a who's who out of Yale, MIT or Harvard, nor can I claim that I'm an MBA grad on Wall Street or at NASA, those are all entry-level corporate positions you know, and this (ain't) that. As a client your looking for personal care, you're not looking for, let's say ( A FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE) with you're novice agent, or at lease you shouldn't be. Everyone can't be the Bill Gates of their profession, but remember back in 1970 it was most likely, Bill who. This is what I bring to the table, and you can rest assured of this, diligence and tenacity ARE taught in the big institutions and at other firms, yes they are, as are inter-relational skills and loyalty, yes again. But until you've been tested by the crucible of life challenges, in the grind of business combat, and personally done customer summersaults for an unlikely or uncompromising prospect.

Until you've foraged thru a myriad of possibilities for one client only to hear, I've changed my mind; or they swear that it's perfect, and you are able to sense that one or the other isn't satisfied. Until after you've worked hard on that one contract, that one that will take you and your family through until you can get another listing, just to have it fall apart, and after getting over the sense that you want to quit and take a job, you still move forward. That's the common thread that I've learned over the years. It can't be taught, they can't teach you how to get the engine of progress going with no directions at all, it's theory; they can't teach you how to bounce back, it's subjective, and they can't teach you how to maneuver thru interrelationships, it’s personal, and that can’t be taught, either you have it, or you don’t. You must live it before you can become it, and over time, this to becomes easier.

This isn’t going to happen in Harvard, MIT or Yale, it doesn't happen on Wall ST. my street or your street, and it isn’t going to happen to your agent, if they don’t have. That's why you should consider me.

Thank You for your time. Reggie REALTOR® / E-Pro®

University of Phoenix Stadium - Glendale, Arizona

Due to the number of hotel rooms in the Greater Phoenix market, (55,000), there are more than enough rooms to accomodate visitors. The Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee does not play a role in assisting home owners to rent their properties.
