Geno Perez is one of the nation’s leading experts in Auction and Real Estate marketing. During the past 30 years Perez has sold and marketed everything from multimillion dollar ranches, and luxury estates, to international jet ambulance services and livestock! And Perez has been a guest on many radio and television programs across the nation and hosts his own show.



For the last 6 years Perez has focused on real estate, luxury estate marketing and premier auctions. In 2002 Perez began working with J.P. King, the Premier Luxury Estate Auction Co. in the U.S., as their Luxury Estate Marketing Consultant in the southwest region. Perez worked mainly in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California and Mexico, and was involved in many Luxury Estate Auctions from the consulting phase, to marketing, to the auctions and closings.



Now focusing in Phoenix and the surrounding areas, Perez has embarked on a mission to help luxury home owners and REALTORS market and sell their properties in a very tough market. A market where traditional marketing has become almost totally ineffective.
