I have been licensed in Arizona since 1987 and have helped thousands of families and individuals with their real estate investments. Whether investing in acreage, commercial properties ar single family homes, I enjoy helping individuals weed though the myriads of opportunites to find the perfect properties for their needs.
From 1987 to 1994, I practiced in the North Phoenix areas, predominatly Cave Creek, Carefree, Pinnacle Peak and Desert Hills.
I initially worked for a few small indpendent companies, one of which was purchased by Prudential Arizona Realty. In 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992 I was named Top Producer in my company. In 1993, I was Top RUnner Up for Top Producer and in 1994, I was again Top Producer for the Pinnacle Peak office of Arizona Realty.
In 1995. after moving to the White Mountains ( a beautiful semi-remote four season mountain commmunity) about 10 miles from Phoeni, I went to work once again for a small indpendent company. In 1998, I left and helped to support another agent who was staring her own small company. Then, in 2001, I started my own company.
White Mountain Realty. The original office is still located in White Mountain Lake, a private lake community nestled between Show Low and Snowflake, Arizona. In 2003, we opened a small branch in Lakeside, AZ and in 2007 branched out into the Vernon, AZ area.
We currently have plans to build a larger office in the White Mountain Lakes area. We have 4 licensed agents and enjoy the highest market share in the White Mountain Lake area.
