Regina Kefer

I am a Full Time Realtor for over 25 Years. I have a Brokers License in both Arizona and Illinois. I started my Real Estate career in 1984 in Illinois. I owned and operated my own company underneath the umbrella of a Major Real Estate firm in Illinois. In August of 1997 our 1st daughter enrolled at Arizona State University. We were impressed with Arizona and the lifestyle that if offered to us (no more snow & cold weather). We visited frequently, expecially in the winter months. Our 2nd daughter decided to attend Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, California in September of 1998. It was on the drive home from California that we made a stop in Arizona and searched for a home. We found the perfect home in Peoria...WOW...We went from a 3 bedroom 1 bath home to a 5 bedroom 3 bath 3 car garage...Three times the size of the home we were living in. In June of 1999 we became Arizona Residents and have never looked back....I enjoy all aspects of the Real Estate Business.
