I am the Broker/Owner of Buy Arizona Realty. I have been in Real Estate for over 25 years, having successfully assisted Buyers, Sellers and Borrowers in over $5 BILLION in transactions. I have several years of experience successfully assisting homeowners in distress with loan modifications, loan re-structuring, or the sale of property. Additionally, I have worked as an Agent and Broker with several institutions such as RTC, VA, GE Capital, Countrywide and Wells Fargo in negotiating workouts for the successful transfer of distress properties. In addition to currently assisting clients in the purchase or sale of Real Estate, I work with several major national Lenders to provide my opinions of value, property condition and marketability to aid these institutions in making the best decisions regarding disposition of Real Estate assets. My experience has helped me hone my real estate abilities to better-assist my clients.
