My approach to this business is a "service" approach rather than a "sales" approach. By being very knowledgeable about the market, I can give my buyers and sellers sound advice and help them make good real estate decisions. In addition to helping my buyer clients find a great property and purchasing at a great price, and helping my seller clients position and market their properties to achieve maximum return, I work hard to assure that the details of the transaction itself are very clear to my clients and, wherever possible, to make suggestions that will minimize their closing costs. To me, great referrals from my clients are extremely important since I primarily prospect through a growing network of contacts who hear about me through "word of mouth" from their friends and collegues. If my client is so satisfied with my performance that they will recommend me to others, I know I have done a great job.
BS in Education, Major in Sociology, U of Missouri St. Louis. Multi-million dollar real estate producer for many years, became a broker in 2001. In 2008 I served as president of the Bentonville Noon Rotary Club and also as the 2008 president of the Rogers Board of Realtors. I have also served on the board of directors of the Northwest Arkansas MLS System (ARMLS).
