Jack is our mascot of sorts. He's the biggest golden retreiver we've ever had, weighing in at 120 pounds. He and Wayne go on runs just about every day: (Actually, Wayne rides his Honda 70 and Jack runs. We also have two cats (Maggie and Tommy), but they don't behave in front of photographers so you don't see them in the pictures. None of the animals has any particular qualifications in real estate. Their job is to be natural relaxants after we have a hard day.

Well, let's see. Wayne has been in the real estate business since 1985 so he knows a thing or two. He started out in the very difficult Austin, Texas, market when foreclosures were everywhere and hundreds of people filed for bankruptcy every week. Wayne loves working with buyers which he explains as the thrill of the hunt. First-time buyers have nothing to fear from him and much to learn. A couple of yers ago, he received his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation to further his commitment to helping people find the right home. And, he's generous with his knowledge. Whenever the new agents in the office have questions about VA or FHA financing, they calll Wayne first.

I'm Nancy and I hate writing about myself in the third person so I'm not going to! My job is to be the family nerd. I'm a bit over-educated compared to your average Realtor, but I try not to let that get in our way. My work is to handle most of our listings, manage the website, take care of the advertising and do the back office work. If there's technology involved, it will end up with me!
