Chelsea Canning

I've lived in Tuolumne County since 1981 and moved away for a short period to obtain my BA in Developmental Psychology. I came back to marry my high school sweetheart and raise two children in our vibrant community. I obtained my Masters Degree in Social Work, graduating with honors, and worked with children, seniors, and the disabled. Although it was very rewarding work, I did not have a flexible schedule to meet the demands of my growing family.

My husband and I had been investing in real estate since 1995; buying, remodeling, and then selling homes, as well as purchasing long term investment properties. I decided to become a REALTOR® in 2004 to manage our personal investments, continue investing and to put my years of experience to work for others. I enjoy working with people, and I am looking forward to working with you!
