Jessica Duncan

I was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. I attended the University of California Santa Barbara and earned a Bachelors Degree in History and a minor in Health and Exercise Science. Before I began real estate I was a 7th grade history teacher and a part-time PE teacher. I absolutely love the teaching profession but once I bought my first house in Hawaii, I was hooked on the real estate process. I began working for a mortgage company and I became very established and productive in the mortgage business. I wanted to continue my education in the real estate field and proceeded to get my Realtor Associate License in Honolulu. I practiced real estate for 2 years on Oahu and I have sinced relocated back to Bakersfield to continue my real estate business.

I am dedicated to this profession and to my clients. I guarantee to provide quality service to my customers and clients beyond expectation.
