Shelley Garza

I am a graduate of Long Beach State University. I am a licensed broker and I am a broker associate at Evergreen Realty & Associates Inc. I love animals, my friends, and real estate. In my spare time I like to go to the movies, work out, surf the internet, go to baseball games -Go Angels!-, and try new things.

As for real estate, I teach real estate principals and a crash course part time, and in the past I was an apartment manager at Pacific Holiday Towers on 1900 Ocean Blvd. before the building was sold. I also worked at Hoag Property Management in Downey where I managed apartments, condos, and commercial property.
