I am an experienced, organized successful negotiator. With over 20 years as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer for a publicly traded Medical Products manufacturer, I participated in the selection, acquisition and integration of businesses. Negotiated acquisitions, supply agreements, property purchases, leases and large service contracts. Lead, managed and directed staffs of 200 employees.

I have focused these leadership, negotiation and organization skills in finding the right properties for buyers and negotiating great deals for my clients. In addition, I have become an expert in distressed property sales and purchases having negotiated short sale approvals with mortgage reductions of $100,000 or $200,000 and assisted buyers in acquisition and purchase of foreclosed properties.
