Diane Caliva has lived in Chino Hills since 1988. She and husband Vic have five children, ten grandchildren, a new puppy named Hefner and one very large cat.


Nancy Wells has lived in Chino Hills since 1979. She and husband Richard have one son, two dogs (Bouncer & Buddy) and a grand-dog named Lilly Belle.

Nancy & Diane are both have their GRI designation. As graduates of the Realtor Institute Diane and Nancy have joined a small elite group of Realtors nationwide that have completed a 15 course education program consisting of 95 hours of classroom lectures and testing..

Nancy is currently enrolled in the e-Pro Technology Training Program. As more buyers and seller "shop" online before engaging the time and talents of a real estate professional, it is important that your Realtor be knowledgeable in how to communicate and share information via the internet.

Both have been certified by Tarbell, Realtors in the fundamentals of short sales and rral estate owned proerty.
We are members of MRMLS, Realtor.com, Reotrans.com, NAR, CAR and IVAOR.
