With his in-depth industry knowledge and experience, he is in the unique position to see a transaction from the big picture viewpoint. This enables him to provide to our clients & agents invaluable industry insights about all things real estate.
Stephen is passionate about helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their objectives, whether it is to buy the home of their dream, to sell their house for the best price, or to find the best rate and terms for a loan.
Being bi-lingual in English & Chinese, Stephen and Irene are sensitive about the culture diversities in our clients and how to best service their needs.
ABOUT IRENE:
As Stephen's partner, Irene handles all the administrative side of the transactions as well as management of the office. This team-approach ensures that our clients’ needs are always attended to.
Irene graduated from Cal State Fullerton with an Accounting Degree. She worked for many years as an Escrow Officer before a career change into Human Resources, specializing in Benefits Analysis. Real Estate is still close to her heart, so when an opportunity came to combine those experiences, she took it. Her unique combination of Real Estate knowledge, Accounting, Escrow and Human Resources strengthened our company’s abilities to service our clients better and to provide vast industry knowledge, including risk-management tools and supports for our agents.
