Hello and Welcome. I want to thank you for taking some time out of your busy schedule to visit with me. My name is David Leal and it is my sincere hope to meet with you and find out more about you and your family.

You see, a home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls. It is about how you feel when you walk through the front door and the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there. This is more than real estate. It is about your life and your dreams.

Being a homeowner myself as well as a real estate investor, I know first hand the complexities of a real estate transaction. It will be my honor to guide you through this maze. You will want a realtor ready and able to make a full time commitment to you. I can and will do that. You will also want a realtor with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools and market conditions. With my experience in the local market, I have the expertise and track record of success you need.

My last name LEAL is Spanish, meaning LOYAL. I take this value very seriously because it is part of who I am as a husband, father and real estate professional. I have developed an acronym for LEAL to better share with you what I am all about.
