Kelly Zinser, J.D.

Kelly is the Broker-Owner of a successful real estate practice based in Newport-Mesa, and together with her business partner David Katz, they have closed 81 sides with many satisfied and repeat customers. Perhaps what sets Kelly apart from most Realtors® and that directly benefits her clients is her extensive legal experience that provides her with a competitive edge in handling negotiations and contracts. Before becoming a real estate broker, Kelly practiced law at top California law firms and as a Vice President and General Counsel of an Investment Adviser, her clients included Ameriquest and Option One Mortgage. She represents buyers in the purchase of foreclosure properties and recently negotiated a “short sale” with a lender in less than 24 hours. She has also been trained in the Default School REO courses (Wells Fargo Servicing).

Kelly's motto is that she always puts the customers needs first. Kelly enjoys working with buyers, sellers, renters and landlords. She also has experience in commercial transactions.
