Joseph Stein

For nearly a decade, Joseph Stein has been in real estate, both in California and Europe.

A broker since 2002, Joseph took over Watergate Sales Company and its affiliates to further develop the core brands and extend the unique niche markets only afforded to Watergate Sales as an original conversion Sales office for limited access developments.

Via his extensive network of clients and real estate professionals, and Sellers vast advantages - be it locating the right property, implementing the right marketing strategy, or simply getting it done.

Joseph is a designated Broker member of the San Mateo County Association of Realtors, Oakland Association of Realtors, and a member of the California and the National Association of Realtors.

Joseph is an Accredited Residential Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)

Aware of the importance of community involvement, Joseph has served multiple terms as a Board Member for Home Owners Associations with 1,700 residents and over 900 condominium units.

Joseph’s experience in real estate originated in international development; as an architect and engineer, he designed & built seven-figure commercial and mixed-use properties for international clients including Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
