In all my days I've sold everything from little condos for $43,000 to apartment buildings for 3.5 million, to warehouses to raw land...and everytime I can assure you that my clients got the better end of the deal. I take this business seriously and while the commissions are great I still get a big thrill from "The Deal"...the give and take and the horsetrading is still fun! I'm not just some schlub that washed out of sales somewhere else and decided to "give real estate a try".

I hold a degree in economics from the University of California, have held executive level positions in publicly traded companies, built a successful building contracting company and have bought and sold real estate for myself as well...real estate has been good to me, and my clients. My attitude is one of dispassionate analysis...if the numbers make sense we proceed, if not we keep looking until we find the deal that works for you.
