Shari takes a whole new approach to real estate by leveraging her technology background and seeking innovative ways to attract and support her clients and incorporates her strong belief in providing exceptional customer service. She has perfected these internal systems that enable Shari and her team to effectively handle a large volume of business opportunities without compromising quality of service for every client.

Shari is a private investor of real estate and has made a significant investment of time and money to become knowledgeable in all phases of real estate investing and this allows her to provide a higher level of service to her clients, that only comes with personal experience. She is known for her attention to detail and creativity which enables her to apply problem solving techniques to help people achieve their own goals of real estate ownership.

Shari has held Regional Sales and Management positions with Digital Equipment, Hewlett-Packard and IBM and is Chairman and CEO of a Technology Company and a Judgment Enforcement Company. She sits on several boards including her own Home Owners Association and makes informed decisions that benefit those she serves.

Most recently, Shari was instrumental in mobilizing a committee of concerned homeowners to challenge the City of HB on a decision that threatened property values and quality of life for residents as a result of the OCTA “Go Local” project. With quick action, hard work and a strategic view the threat was ultimately averted.

Shari is an avid golfer, skier and dog lover and devotes her loving attention to her family, friends and 2 Bichon Frise’s.

Frank’s approach to real estate starts with his desire to succeed, his passion for this business and providing his clients attentive and caring service.

“Known for his follow-up and attention to details” and as a hospitality veteran, Frank has an extensive business management and marketing background. Frank joined Star Real Estate in 2005, and recently partnered with Shari Noriega to form The California Home Team, a full service real estate partnership.

Frank is actively involved with the Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce as a board member and executive vice president, and the Chair of the Education Committee. He is also involved with the Fountain Valley Rotary Club and organizes many community events.

Frank lives in Huntington Beach since 1989. He is fluent in French and enjoys fine cuisine and good wine. He enjoys kayaking, traveling in the United States and Europe.
