I am married and a have 4 dauters that are all married and live all over the West coast.
I have been a resident of California all my life. I have been a licensed contractor in California for 50 years. I bought and developed and sold residential property. I also contracted fo build numerious banks, medical buildings, parking structures and many industrial buildings. I have been a licensed agent since 1990 when I retired from the construction business. I sell real estate in the Lake Almanor area and am very familliar with the properties in this area.

I have been in the business of selling residential property for 45 years as a Contractor, and have been selling property as a Real Estate agent for 17 years, the last 10 years I have been working in the Lake Almanor area.
