I have lived in Lakewood for over 45 years. I went to school here attending Holmes Elementary, Hoover Middle School, and graduated from Lakewood High School. I bought my home in Lakewood Park in 1975. When I bought it it was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath corner home. Now, after remodels and upgrades we have a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a 450 sq. ft Family room and a huge master bedroom with custom bathroom. Lakewood is a great place to live and like they say:" the times have changed but the values stay the same."

The main reason I became a Realtor is to give people the kind of service they deserve. I am tired of agents that send out flyers with major mistakes and they can not even spell. Daily as I review the homes for sale I see errors in the listings regarding things like the neighborhoods, the schools, or the model of the home. These are facts that need to be 100 percent correct to find a buyer for the home, especially when the information is available to the world through the internet.
