Rick & Christine Bluhm

Rick and Christine met each other while working in real estate and have been married for twelve years. We have 4 children (one boy and 3 girls) and 6 grandchildren (4 girls and two boys).

Christine has a BA degree in real estate and Rick has a BA in Business Administration. Combined, we have nearly 50 years of real estate experience.

We enjoy our chosen profession but also enjoy camping and golf. But most of all we enjoy our family and especially our grandchildren. Community involvement is also an important part of our lives. Christine is a Neighborhood Watch chairperson and also has organized a Team Women networking group. Rick serves as the Chairperson of the City of Lincoln Economic Development Committee, Vice-Chairperson of the County of Placer Wastewater Advisory Committee, member of the Placer County Association of Realtors Local Government Relations Committee, member of the Board of Realtors Political Advisory Committee and Chairperson of the Lincoln Marketing Committee.

We believe in working with both buyers and sellers in order to make their wishes become reality.

Both Rick and Christine are licensed real estate Brokers in the State of California. We owned and operated a Century 21 franchise in Auburn, CA for 15 years and have been very active in sales and listings throughout Placer County. We have been individual top producers within our company as well as a top producing team. While we work with our clients separately, we are still aware of what each of us is doing so we can work together to make things happen.

We have training in all facets of real estate but the majority of our business is done in single family residential properties. We also do land, investment properties and commercial. Over the years we have worked with many of the large relocation companies in order to help clients in their job related moves. Unfortunately, in this market it has also become necessary to be well versed in short sales and REO (bank owned) transactions. And we have been very successful in completing many of those while working for either buyers or sellers.

Being able to listen to the clients' needs and tending to all the details necessary to get the job done with the least inconvenience to them is how we handle each and every transaction. We make it happen so you can make it home.
