Larry and Patricia both have their real estate licenses, having earned them about 14 years ago and have been affiliated with RE/MAX Real Estate Services for the past 10 years. However, as of September 30, 2008, Gary Thomas, owner, decided not to renew his franchise with RE/MAX and as of October 1, 2008, became ALTERA Real Estate. We are both California natives and raised our 2 children in a private community, about 14 miles from San Juan Capistrano. At one time, we owned 4 horses and a pony, visible from our home on 2.74 acres. A few years ago, Larry represented the State of California at a national 4-H Horse Leaders' Conference in Washington, D.C. He also passed the challenging requirements to be accepted as a member of the "American Certificated Riding Instructor Program." Pat was a community 4-H Leader for 10 years, during which time she also assisted with the 4-H Horse Clinic and Horsemastership programs. We are members of the San Juan Capistrano Chamber of Commerce; MISSION San Juan Capistrano Preservation Society; and the historical Society of San Juan Capistrano.
Because of our background with horses, we feel our "Nitch" is working with buyers and sellers of HORSE PROPERTIES. However, because of our location in South Orange County, Southern California, we are also qualified to handle a wide range of other real estate transactions, including buyers and sellers who wish to move-up or downsize, or buy for the first time. Larry and Patricia have represented buyers and sellers of million dollar properties as well and those seaching for Condos. If a client is looking to relocate, wants an ocean view, or sizable land, we're here to help!
