By working in concert with a team of qualified real estate /financial professionals, I help my clients minimize tax expenses and interest costs, strategically reinvest equity and create wealth.

A real estate entrepreneur with 10 years practices in mortgage brokerage and real estate investments, I first graduated with a Master of Planning (Real Estate Development) from USC, then completed my MBA degree ( IT Management ) from UC Irvine.
My practice builds on the foundation of high-trust selling and cultivating long-term referral / repeat business. I am the broker / president of Teamwork Homes & Loans Inc. in California.
