J.R. realizes there also must be a commitment to discipline, which keeps him focused on the needs of his clients. His upbringing as well as his military experience as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force, working in both the Pentagon and the White House, has formed his disciplined approach to problem solving. This past training also helps J.R. with the on-going training that he provides to his Team members.
