Franklin Burris

Franklin Burris brings sixteen years of experience from both the private and public sector in the areas of public policy, community capacity building, real estate and economic development. Experience in land use, and Real Estate across planning, development, sales and leasing for commercial and residential product. An e-Pro certified Realtor®, and successfully completed the City of Rocklin's Commercial Broker Certification (2007).

He has broad contacts and experience within the building industry, real estate, Green Building, and local government...experience and knowledge that goes beyond the ordinary Realtor®.

He is also brings a commitment to community and non-profit volunteerism, often putting service above self. He is a member of the North State Building Industry Association, the National Association of Home Builders, the Placer County Board of Realtors®, California Association of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors®, the California Capitol Region Chamber Coalition, and California Association of Local Economic Development.

Specializing in Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln and other outer lying areas of Placer, Sacramento and El Dorado Counties.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor Degree in Corporate Design and a minor in Public Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Masters of Public Administration and Certificate in Local Agency Finance from the University of Southern California (USC). He holds a certificate in Campaign Management from UC Davis Extension and is also licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.

SERVICE: He also serves as on the Redevelopment Advisory Committee for the City of Rocklin, CA.
