Kelly was born in Southern California but grew up in the Sacramento area living in Rocklin. After graduating from Rocklin High School in she moved to Texas in 2002 to gain some independence and began her real estate career. Kelly worked as an executive assistant for a successful team of Realtors, The Chappell Team in The Woodlands, Texas, which is close to Houston. She worked with both buyers and sellers coordinating their transactions with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and title companies. For the four years Kelly was in Texas she worked hard, gained a great deal of experience in dealing with a variety of people and handling the details of some very complicated real estate transactions. She enjoyed the challenges of making each transaction as easy as possible for her clients.
Although she found the real estate work in Texas rewarding, home and California was where she wanted to be. When she returned to the Sacramento area in 2006 Kelly joined Julie Jalone and The Jalone Real Estate Group at the Lyon office in Roseville. Her role with Julie continued to be as an executive assistant and client support officer.
It became clear very soon to Julie and Kelly that her experience with transactions and clients were more suited to being an agent. With some encouragement, Kelly studied for and passed the California real estate license exam in July of 2007 and is now in the process of building her own business.
It was a natural fit to rejoin Julie Jalone and her new company, MagnumOne Realty because Kelly prides herself on exceeding her client’s expectations by providing a high level of customer service. MagnumOne concentrates on providing individual customized service to their clients so Kelly will fit in well.
