I have been a licensed Realtor® since 1993. My background prior to Real Estate was a business owner for 19 years. I have a history
as a international traveler. Although I am a native of America and was raised in Wyoming. I married my wife Rose a native of Ireland, in
London England. I was employeed as a manager by Pan American World Airways overseas. I have lived and worked in Taiwan, Germany, Russia (USSR), American Samoa, England and several states settling in Southern California in 1986.

As a result of my global travels and experience, I achieved membership in an international Real Estate Nework, and was awarded the designation Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS).

As a member of CIPS I joined a world wide referral network of elite global real estate practitioners with expertise in working with international clients. CIPS is a society of over1500 real estate professionals throughout the world and are considered expert in international real estate. I am proud to be a CIPS representative.

In 2003 I received my e-PRO designation to better assist my on-line clients. An e-PRO is a Realtor® who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of Realtors®. The e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line. Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all what today's consumer really wants.

I have been a licesed Realtor® in San Diego since 1993. I hold the designation of Certified Internationnal Property Specialist (CIPS) and e-PRO.
