Mr. Moeller has a 10-year history in Real Estate Development, Operations, Brokerage and Real Estate Finance. Prior to Magna Carta Equities, Scott was the founder and CEO of Eisenhower Real Estate Funds, a real estate consulting firm focused on the management of a series of Real Estate Investment Trusts. Before Eisenhower, Scott was the Vice President of Acquisitions and Finance for Bartsch, Russell, and Moeller Ltd., a privately held real estate operating company based in San Diego, CA. At BR&M, Mr. Moeller was responsible for managing the finances, acquisitions and strategic plan of the company.
Scott also has a passion in founding and building companies. During 1999-2000, Mr. Moeller raised over $10.5 million in capital through two equity rounds for a wireless Internet company, MobileShift of which he was the founding CEO. Under his leadership, MobileShift grew to 40 employees, built national and international accounts, and was recognized by PC Week, Mobile Computing and other media as a leader in the emerging wireless Internet market.

Mr. Moeller holds his Real Estate Broker’s License, as well as previously holding the necessary licenses to function as a stockbroker, and as a supervisor of other stockbrokers; he has held his Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 Securities licenses. Mr. Moeller is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, as well as a past member of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
