Vickie Perez Fageol

Vickie is the Designated Broker for Windermere Pacific Coast Properties. She has lived in Southern California all her life - originally in the Los Angeles area & now in the San Diego area for over 20 years.


Vickie works with both buyers and sellers throughout all of San Diego County. One of Vickie's strengths as a Realtor is that she is always in touch with her clients, explaining each step of the buying and selling process as they go along - her clients are always kept in the loop and will understand each step as they go through it. Vickie provides great buyer and seller materials to her clients that explain the process and help demystify the experience!

Vickie is actively involved in the animal rescue community and was a founding member and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Labrador Rescuers, Inc. - a group based in Southern California dedicated to rescue, rehab and rehome Labrador Retrievers - www.Labrescuers.org and also volunteers with San Diego Hospice.

Vickie is the Owner/Broker of Realty World Select Properties in San Diego, CA. She currently holds the designations of Broker, SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) understanding the special needs of senior clients, e-PRO (specialist in the on-line based real estate industry), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and CPV (Certified Property Valuator).
