First off, we listen to your needs and want to establish our goals and objectives. We work as a team to meet the goals and you will be continually in the loop during the entire process. In this type of market, we believe communication is key to meet our goals and build a relationship.

There are two types of markets, fast paced and slow paced. When we list a house our main objective is to list the house to sell. We look at (1) what houses have sold for in the past 3 to 6 months, and (2) we preview the house's that are already on the market and how long they have been for sale.

We follow the same guidelines when helping buyer's find a home. First we qualify the buyer so we might find a home within their financial means. We preview houses in the area you are interested in, pick out 3 or 4 houses that meet all of your requirements, then inform you of what we have found and show the houses to you.
