Dale was born and raised in Saratoga, the youngest of three sons. Dale attended Saratoga schools, then West Valley College, getting his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from San Jose State University in 1988. Dale met his bride-to-be in college, in a ballroom dancing class. Dale married 2 years later, and this year celebrated his 18 year anniversary to his college sweetheart. Dale and Mimi have a 4-year old son, and have high hopes for his future. Dale enjoys playing tennis and golf, SJSU sports (I'm a true Spartan fan!), camping, hiking, and tap and ballroom dancing.
Working in high tech since 1980, Dale worked at both well known and start-up high technology companies as both an engineer and mamager, enjoying most the opportunity to help others develop, grow, and succeed. Dale began investing in real estate in 1997, with his first home plus his first investment property. Dale learned a lot from that experience, both in the way a real estate agent should treat his clients, and in the criteria of what a good real estate investment should look like. Dale got his real estate license in 2004, and made the switch from high tech to real estate consultant when his company at the time cancelled the project.
Dale has committed himself to success in real estate, with continuous learning being his driving force. As in high tech, Dale is committed to helping his clients achieve their dreams and goals through real estate. Dale takes time to educate his clients, and works as a true consultant, looking for the best option to exceed his client's expectations. In less than 4 years in real estate, Dale has achieved the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations, achievements that only a relative handful of real estate consultants have reached. Dale is currently working on his CRS designation, is the chairperson of the Finance committee of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) in his office, is a mentor, and teaches courses to other agents to help them develop.
