Hi! My name is Mark Bolender, CRS. I've lived in Santa Clarita and the Valencia area for almost 20 years. I've been helping homebuyers and home sellers find each other for 17 years. The last 16 of those years have been with the greatest company in the world, RE/MAX of Valencia. This company has been a perfect fit for my personality as they are accepting of agents of different shapes, sizes, quirks and characteristics. I'm informative without being pushy, competent but still gracious and friendly. Although I'm a very balanced person, you can still find me in the office from 7:30AM to 6PM most days. I'm never happy till every single detail is taken care of for my clients. In all these years, I've never had one complaint in any medium.

I have learned many things during my long real estate practice about sales, people, money, and market, marketing, goals, cycles and good old psychology. My practice of real estate has brought me through a recession, a large earthquake, a 7-year real estate boom and the most recent market correction. Meeting interesting people and helping them find the right property has been my passion and I've never lost my zeal. Getting referrals from my esteemed clients and their repeat business is one of the most rewarding parts of my career. My experiences in selling real estate have been in the selling of specialty homes, ranches, estates, penthouse condominiums and even international real estate purchases. Currently, I have a clientele of 350 people who live in Valencia, Los Angeles and other parts of the world. Although I specialize in unique and expensive estate homes, I still help my clients with the sale of their smaller properties and condos. I sell small parcels of land and large parcels and am currently working with developers to find suitable land for eco development in the mountains surrounding north Los Angeles county. We support environmental groups in all regions who promote lower impact on pristine areas and the wild life that lives there. Some of my core values are ethics, environmentalism, wildlife protection, eco-development, progressive green house approaches, and the concept and realization of housing affordability for all California and world citizens.
