I LOVE REAL ESTATE! I originally became a licensed real estate agent in 1978 and a residential real estate appraiser in 1984. Activities have included: sales, leasing, consulting, investing and appraising. I have extensive experience in Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties and enjoy working with all types of people. Most recently I have sold a 72 acre equestrian facility (this took nearly two years due to client's special requirements), a small Victorian office building, as well as single family homes.
