Wayne J. Ahlstrom

Wayne's mission is to make his clients goals, the goals and dreams of his personal business and to match every client with a neighborhood that suits their heart and a home that suits their budget. Achieving this vision means that Wayne invests in efforts to build and strengthen communities in the markets he serves. While making money is important, he recognize that family, friends and clients are most important. Wayne will always strive to do his best, realizing he needs to keep learning everyday to make a better agent for his clients.

Wayne graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 1987 and started his career at Paine Webber as the Vice President of Investments. Wayne continued his career as a Loan Officer at First Union Securities and First Funding. In July 2001, Wayne J. & Co. was founded offering clients financial services such as Retirement Plans, Financial Investments and Insurance Plans. Wayne continues to operate Wayne J. & Co. with completing his Series 11 Licensing.

Wanting to “diversify” his clients investments interests and needs, Wayne along with his wife Amy decided to start a Mortgage Broker Originating and Real Estate Firm. Wayne is the Broker of Record for the Nevada offices of DLending Group and Diversified Real Estate, where we have two office locations in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe and Carson City, the state’s capital. DLending Group/Diversified Real Estate is licensed in the states of Nevada, Oregon and New Mexico. Amy is the Broker of Record for the California offices of Diversified Lending & Real Estate. We have offices located in the cities of Santa Rosa, Forestville, Ukiah, Lakeport and Sacramento.
