Susan received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Office Systems from San Francisco State University. She also has a minor in Business Administration from SFSU. She is a certified home inspector so she may better serve her clientele in the risk management of real estate. Susan also hold a California Certified Residential Manager certification from San Francisco Apartment Assocation which provides in-depth knowledge in Property Management to better serve her clients in the management of their rental properties. She holds two designations, GRI and RE Master from Graduate REALTOR® Institute which provides a comprehensive training in real estate. Having been a part owner of a construction company, she is familiar with the practices and procedures concerning construction and repair. She is committed to learning and improving her knowledge of all aspects of real estate to better serve her clients and customers.

She is an active member of the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS (SAMCAR), California Association of REALTORS (CAR), and National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
