I have lived in Lassen County since Spring of 2004, investing in real estate and raising Suri Alpacas. Having been an alpaca rancher since 2001, and a real estate investor since 2000, I have gathered quite a bit of knowledge regarding how to invest wisely. My husband and I own Nordic Construction, and build both spec houses and custom homes, depending on what our clients need.
