With backgrounds as educators and 7 combined years experience in real estate, we have experience helping clients assess their goals, creating plans of action, and guiding them to implement their plans in order to mitigate losses from foreclosure. This work includes valuing properties to help manage portfolios, preparation of listing foreclosed homes, marketing and negotiating foreclosed homes, to helping bank clients that are in financial difficulty find alternative solutions to foreclosure.

In an effort to best meet the needs of our clients, we have also taken on-going education in Ethics, Real Estate Law, Finance, Buyer’s Representation, Marketing, Technology, Appraisal, and Foreclosure Issues to help stay on top of the complex issues that are common in the real estate arena today.

The attraction for me to join Re/max Real Estate Center is the office’s commitment to be the most knowledgeable, ethical, and professional agents in the marketplace.

I feel that communication is the key to successful relationships in life and in real estate, which is why I’m available seven days a week by phone and e-mail to assist my clients with issues both large and small.

In my spare time, I like to explore the many wonderful places the region has to offer, go to the beach, scuba-dive, and coach.
