.....and that makes the profession of selling Real Estate a Divine Business. I am a Buyers Broker. I specialize in finding the right home for the best price. Now don’t get me wrong I will take a listing or two but I have found I find much more satisfaction in “The Hunt”.



As far as I can remember back I’ve been looking at homes for sale. My parents seemed to find no greater pleasure than to pack my brother and myself into the car and haul us off to some god forsaken town to look for the next “good deal”. I can honestly tell you I don’t look back with fondness on these days, however they were an invaluable part of my formative years. My grandma would sometimes tag along (she was the brains of the bunch) and was never shy about offering her expertise. Grandma had invested in Real Estate for years and knew a thing or two. Her son, my uncle, was already a successful developer in Oregon. So it's kind of in my blood........





In the early 80’s at the tender age of 19, I married my darling Sherry and over those 26 + years we’ve had the opportunity of living through the last 3 cycles of the Real Estate market. The 80’s were the days of 21% interest and wrap around financing. In the early 90’s there was another peak. In 1999 I began practicing the profession of Real Estate and for the past couple of years I have been a Broker (talk about good timing). This year I decieded to venture out on my own and form Krieg and Associates Real Estate.





I grew up in Tuolumne County and have lived here most of my life. Sherry and I have raised 3 sons here. I’ve spent the many years involved in local government and community activities. I have been elected to 4 terms as a Director on the Tuolumne Park and Recreation District . I served 3 terms as a Trustee in the Summerville Elementary School District. I was a volunteer fireman and a Little League coach for 12 years (running into a burning building can have less risk). I value loyalty and honesty above all. The profession of Real Estate carries with it the highest of fiduciary responsibilities. This is what you can expect from me and quite frankly what I expect of those who I do business with.





Understanding Your goals and knowing what properties have the best value to satisfy those goals are what I bring to the table. I place a high value on my time and I promise you I won’t drag you to things that won’t work for you.



I am a licensed Real Estate Broker through the California Department of Real Estate, a member of the National Association of Realtors and The California Association of Realtors. These organizations hold their members to the highset standards. I am a Graduate of the Realtors Institute, GRI. This Realtor education designation covers 12 months and 14 courses.
