My wife, Maria, of 17 years and I are raising our two children, Kelsey 14 and Adam 8. I am a member of The Knights of Columbus and my wife and I are active members of Marriage Encounters through the Catholic church. As a family we are very involved in the community, my wife is a leader for the Boys Scouts of America, I coach or assist with soccer and baseball team and my children volunteer at the local library. I have been a successful Real Estate agent for one the nations premier Real Estate brokerage firms, Centruy 21, and have earned the title "Top Producer" status, every year, most rescently joined a smaller brokerage firm, StarLite Real Estate. This smaller company allows me to give my clients and friend a wider variety of products at an unsurpassed level of service with a family atmesphere.

I have had a lifetime commitment to helping others. First, as a lifeguard for L.A. City Aquatics, then as a US Navy Corpsman and later as an nurse in Pediatrics and the Emergency Room. But it has been as a Realtor that I have found I can best achieve this commitment.

My goal is to run a profitable business through goal-setting, planning and superior service. I will always provide top quality service to the public and be totally committed to their goals in the selling and buying of real estate. I will be totally honest when advising clients regarding the pricing and marketability of their property.

I will always strive to meet my clients' goals, I realize I must do things that the average agent will not do. The way I run my business is far advanced from that of my competition because I use my time each and every day to its fullest potential, always remembering that my clients pay me and my job is to work diligently to get their home sold or find them a new one.

I am committed to excellence in my real estate career through furthering my education, enhancing my product knowledge and being willing to share with others in order to better serve my clients' needs.
