At the Real-Coaching InstituteTM, we believe that achieving measurable, sustainable and exponential results is not just a matter of setting goals, doing personality profiling or going to motivational seminars. It requires the skillful use of validated, proven behavioral change methods and learning tools grounded in communication.
We live in a changing world. The speed of change is ever on the increase and with it comes stresses and confusion sometimes beyond our own resources or control. A personal coach doesn't magically remove these problems of every day life, but goes two steps further. A coach can assist you to turn them into challenges/possibilities and enable you to transform them by drawing on resources within yourself that you never knew you had.
We have a firm conviction that it's much more effective to get the results in life that you want by being in action vs. endlessly discussing, studying or reading more about it. Therefore our approach to coaching is experiential and co-active because it involves the active and collaborative participation of both the coach and the client.
This is a tele-coaching program. You will become part of a virtual community, in close touch for two one-hour phone learning conferences per month with your coach for one-on-one coaching. Through your direct experience in our program, you will acquire the behavioral changes needed to transform your life. We offer you a comprehensive eight-month program, meeting with you by phone, twice a month. Also included in your program will be monthly group events such as teleclasses or expert speakers or articles and other materials.
We will be coaching you through your WHOLE LIFE VISION inspiring you to use your skills to build your future goal by goal.
