Mindy Stephens is a dedicated real estate professional whose tireless work for her buyers and sellers has paid off with satisfied and loyal clients. Mindy has over 25 years of experience in marketing and sales, and has been a full-time real estate broker in the Douglas County and Denver Metro area for the past five years.
Mindy understands first-hand the headaches and heartaches that can dominate the moving process – having been moved several times during her childhood while her father was relocated with his employer, and having been relocated with her own husband and daughter. Eleven years ago, one of those moves brought her back to the state where her family first settled in 1899. She turned to real estate as a career with the motivation of providing the kind of service she had always wanted when going through the process herself – to eliminate the aches and pains.
Mindy is conscientious and detail-oriented. She will represent your interests and ensure that the real estate buying or selling process will go smoothly. She goes well beyond the required Continuing Education courses that real estate brokers must take in order to maintain the highest level of expertise and knowledge of the market. With her art, language and computer training, she brings creativity to her methods.
Among Mindy’s interests are activities that take advantage of the great Colorado lifestyle… skiing, hiking, concerts at Red Rock. She also enjoys travel, drawing, and our professional sports teams. She and her husband are adjusting to the empty nest, now that their daughter is a Junior at CSU.
She is a member of the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the Douglas/Elbert Realtors Association.
