RATE OUTLOOK:
We are now near the lower end of the range of rates that we've been in since mid September, and until inflation numbers show it's moving higher or lower, I am expecting rates to stay in the 6.0 - 6.5% range. Next week there are 2 key inflation reports ...

RATE OUTLOOK:
We are still in the middle of the range of rates that we've been in since mid September, and until inflation numbers show it's moving higher or lower, I am expecting rates to stay in the 6.0 - 6.5% range.

MARKET NEWS:
Rates ended the week similar to what they started at. Not a lot of economic news to move the markets one way or the other. Next week we will get a read on retail sales, as well as inflation at the wholesale level. Both are expected to come in moderate.
