I was born in Denver and have lived in Colorado Springs since I was 8. My dad would take us to look at the lights at Christmas time and I always wondered what the homes were like inside. I love homes and I love helping people buy them and sell them. I like to see that they are well taken care of! I like to teach my clients that every purchase is an investment! I like to teach my clients the steps in purchasing and selling so they feel knowledgeable when they make their next choice/step. I was a secretary for the first 17 years of my working life and so am very good at the paperwork end of the business. I will keep you in step and in order and help you find the best home in the market at the time in your price range when you are buying and get you the best price that I can for your home when you are selling! I endeavor to do everything with honesty and integrity and give you the time needed to accomplish the tasks at hand.

I received my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation in 1994; my MRE (Master Real Estate) designation in 2005 and my CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) designation in 2006. I was a secretary/assistant for 8 1/2 years in a commercial real estate office prior to becoming a realtor in 1991; I started my own company in 1994 and, for the most part, have been there ever since. I tried two short stints with other companies and they were nice but they never won me over. I don't need competition to push me to do a good job!
